Suchi Hari — engineer, leader, writer, cook, mom.

Thoughts on building products, scaling engineering, leading people, and everything in between.

Hi, I'm Suchi Hari (she/her). I'm an engineering leader and builder with 15+ years of experience creating customer-facing products, scaling technology platforms, and building teams that deliver meaningful outcomes.

I started my career as a hands-on engineer, building probabilistic matching algorithms and decision engines at Initiate Systems and IBM. Over the years, I've grown from building complex systems to leading engineering organizations that build products and platforms at scale.

At SailPoint, I led enterprise identity products and platform modernization. At WP Engine, I owned customer-facing experiences, including the User Portal, alongside identity, shared services, and data platforms. More recently, at Webflow, I built and scaled the Developer Productivity organization, driving engineering transformation, platform modernization, and AI-enabled development across 300+ builders.

Throughout my career, my focus has remained consistent: solving meaningful problems, building strong engineering teams, and creating technology that delivers lasting value.

I care about solving real customer problems, making complex systems simpler, and helping teams do great work. That focus has shaped how I approach AI, from building probabilistic decision engines early in my career to advancing agentic engineering at Webflow.

Outside of work, I'm a mom, soccer sideline regular, enthusiastic cook, and lifelong learner. This is where I share thoughts on technology, leadership, work, life, and whatever else catches my curiosity.
